Supported by and within HRSA MCHB’s Collaborative Improvement and Innovation Network on Infant Mortality (IM CoIIN) initiative, we are proud to lead the Preconception CoIIN team in developing, implementing, and disseminating a woman-centered, clinician-engaged, community-involved approach to the well-woman visit to improve the preconception health status of women of reproductive age, particularly low-income women and women of color.
With this funding, UNC CMIH will work with four state teams: California, Delaware, North Carolina, and Oklahoma. Some screening tools developed by our state partners can be viewed here.
