Show Your Love is a national campaign designed to improve the health of women and men by promoting healthy lifestyle choices, overall wellbeing, and access to quality health information, resources and care. We hope that clinicians will consider offering the website url and other materials from this campaign to the patients they serve.
The website and social media sources provide excellent information for young men and women about a variety of preconception health / wellness topics. The site aims to not only provide key information but link to resources to help move young adults into action. Fostering ongoing engagement with young adults is important so they can have more continuous access to interesting content and community.

Standardizing the “Well Visit”
A ‘Well Visit’ is an annual appointment with a health provider to check on a person’s physical and mental wellbeing and to prevent future health problems. Your insurer will likely call these “preventative visits”. These visits are critical to ensure young adults are on track towards achieving their health and live goals. Read more about Wellness Visits here.
Planning to become pregnant or not, a “Well Visit” is important to stay on track with overall health and life goals. What can women and men expect at a wellness check-up? Below are resources to help young adults know what to expect before, during and after a visit.
